Return Policy
Customized items:
Refunds will not be permitted after 24 hours of purchase. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Items that are not cutomized:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 14 days of you receiving your item.
